These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Lodestone LLC ("Lodestone IQ," "we," "us," or "our"), including lodestoneiq.com and all related products. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Lodestone IQ provides AI-powered competitive intelligence services, including:

• AI Visibility Audit — a one-time assessment of a company's visibility across AI-powered search platforms
• AI Visibility Monitoring — ongoing monthly tracking of AI search presence
• Daily Intelligence Briefs — subscription-based competitive intelligence delivered via email
• Free AI Visibility Score — a complimentary diagnostic tool available at lodestoneiq.com/score

All deliverables are synthesized from publicly available sources using AI inference. Lodestone IQ makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis. By providing payment information, you authorize Lodestone IQ to charge the applicable fees.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• All fees are in US dollars
• Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer credits or prorated amounts for partial-month subscriptions or unused service periods. If you have a billing issue, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our deliverables without written permission
• Use our services in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to our platform
• Submit false or misleading information to our intake forms or score tool

Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and deliverables produced by Lodestone IQ are the property of Lodestone LLC until full payment is received, after which you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use them internally. You may not publish or distribute our intelligence reports as your own work.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business details, and intake data as confidential. We do not share your company-specific data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., passing a domain name to an AI inference provider to run queries).

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that intelligence reports will be accurate, complete, or current. AI-generated content should be independently verified before being relied upon for business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodestone LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
